DELIVERY
We can send your order via Starken and Chilexpress anywhere in Chile. The delivery value indicated herein is only for reference and we definitely prefer to send the order payable on delivery. International deliveries are also available under the same terms via TNT.
If you are in the city of Iquique we can deliver your order in the address indicated without any additional charge.
PAYMENTS ANS WIRE TRANSFERS
At the moment we are only operating with wire transfers or payments in cash. We are working on online payment agreements.
Bank transfer information will be available when you send your order form or we can send it via e-mail.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR MUG
Yakana enamel mugs are white in the inside and may get tea stains (as all white mugs). You can wash them with bleach gel or a soft mix of water and bleach every once in a while (once or twice a month).
